Content Submission Guidelines
Content must be of a tribute nature to a person or pet (alive or in spirit) who has and/or is making a contribution to someone's life journey.
All genres welcome; comedy, drama, documentary, cinema verite, western, thriller, slice of life, etc. Must be G-rated. (No lewd or X rated content of any kind is allowed.) Creativity is encouraged along with tribute videos that have a comedic bent.
All submissions must be under 2 minutes in length. NOTE: Ten day approval time applies for all submissions prior to online broadcast.
Tribute Film Festival Jury
A Hollywood Jury will judge the top 10 Highest-Viewer Rated Trib-Vids.... so make sure you get your friends and family to vote for your tribute video.

Festival Winners
Winners shall receive "awesome prize - announcement forthcoming" in addition to press and an invitation to the Winner's Dinner with the Tribute Film Festival JUDGES. Other prizes include a free
Lights Out Enterprises Personal History Video, a free Mirra Chair from renowned furniture designer Herman Miller, and a free Major League Baseball branded urn or Star Trek branded Urn from Eternal Image.
CONTENT RELEASE AGREEMENT:
IN ADDITION TO AND/OR INCLUDED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE:
By submitting your "content" to The Tribute Network and/or The Tribute Film Festival YOU agree to the following terms:
Authorization to Broadcast, Exhibit, and Reproduce Photograph, Video, Likeness and Voice of Content and Content Creators biographical materials
You hereby irrevocably agree and consent that Focus Media, Inc., (FMI) and its subsidiaries (Lights Out Enterprises and/or The Tribute Network), it's producers and / or assigns, may use all or part of the audio and/or video content you submit to The Tribute Network and/or The Tribute Film Festival channel as well as any videotaped or filmed interview and/or performance of yourself for the submitted content, and you fully understand that you will receive no monetary payments or compensation for your participation in this project or for the submission of your content which you agree to license to FMI/LOE/TTN/TFF for no monetary compensation.
Focus Media, Inc. d/b/a/ as Lights Out Enterprises and/or The Tribute Network and The Tribute Film Festival shall have the right to use your picture, video image(s), silhouette and other reproductions of your likeness and voice, including musical performances, in connection with any motion picture, television, short film, Internet program, or print materials in which this "content", "interview," and/or "performance" may be incorporated, and in any advertising material(s) promoting it.
Focus Media, Inc. and its subsidiaries are granted all right, title and interest in any and all results and proceeds from said use of content and/or appearance.
The rights granted Focus Media, Inc. and its subsidiaries are perpetual and include the use of this interview, content, and/or performance in any medium and all or part of the program may be shown, including for broadcast and cable television, Internet, videocassettes, books and other print materials, CDs, DVDS, or any other medium or platform for distribution now known or not yet known in perpetuity.
Focus Media, Inc. and its subsidiaries are not obliged to make any use of this content, interview, and/or performance or exercise any of the rights granted by this release. You have read and understand the meaning of this release and are over the age of 18. *Details to Come
